Hey Everyone,
Friday May 21 is William Apess Day in Colrain. Please join us as we mark the life and contribution of William Apess as well as all things Indigenous. We meet at 6:00 pm at the Griswold Memorial Library. Because of Covid restrictions we will not be able to have food, drink, or vendors. But there will be special speakers on hand (including myself, Marge Bruchac, Barry O’Connell, Rhonda Anderson and others) and song and community. We also plan to make this an annual event so help us imagine how to make this even bigger, better, and more inclusive for next year. Hope to see you there.
